- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for identified future vulnerabilities
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 market demands
- Establish a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into coherent strategic narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
