Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for climate adaptation and sustainable infrastructure innovations
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into MVPs with commercial viability
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish global think tank partnerships to forecast geopolitical and economic shifts
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futures research or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $10M+ funding
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
