Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for clients using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build quantitative forecasting models using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on future industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and innovation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or foresight roles with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R, Python)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing foresight projects or published research on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or related advanced credential
