Responsibilities

- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience developing 10+ year strategic frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or scenario projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
