Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate them into actionable strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop scenario-based forecasts and roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-proofing strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Sloan and Harvard Business Review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using blockchain and quantum computing
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-forecasting impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and predictive modeling
