Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen product/service development
- Partner with R&D to validate futuristic concepts through rapid prototyping
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental megatrends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
