Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Deep expertise in at least one emerging technology domain (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data
