Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design immersive scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce actionable insights reports on disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Build AI-powered foresight dashboards for real-time trend monitoring
- Advort clients on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or futurist role at top-tier firm
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects
