Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or equivalent impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts 3-5 years ahead
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented future-shaping initiatives
