Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite on future innovation priorities
- Produce monthly trend reports on emerging technologies with market impact analysis
- Design and implement scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Present findings to global stakeholders including investors and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with tech disruption experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI developments
- Proven track record of influencing corporate strategy with future-focused insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
