Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight initiatives' effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong data analysis and trend modeling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
