Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Design and facilitate future scenario planning workshops with cross-functional leadership teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with exponential potential
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
