Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) and develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Develop KPIs to measure strategic innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling and influence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or technology publications
