Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead ideation sessions for disruptive product/service innovations aligned with future market needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting future landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with future-focused positioning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
