- Build and maintain an innovation pipeline aligned with 5-year horizon goals
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CSS) preferred
