Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across industries
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Manage innovation portfolios, prioritizing projects with maximum future impact
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
