Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption (provide case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
