Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers on disruptive technology convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market needs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting long-term innovation strategies
- Present future-focused recommendations to stakeholders including board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend forecasting, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into commercial outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Strong network within futurist communities and technology innovation circles
- Portfolio of published foresight research or strategic innovation projects
