Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design and launch innovation incubators within partner organizations
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership through industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record developing successful innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Research Methods (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
