- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/product teams
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present executive insights through compelling narrative frameworks and visualizations
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof methodologies and mindsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
