Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline progress and strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
