Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for high-impact disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
- Publish thought leadership on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published work in innovation or future studies journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
