- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to assess strategic risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and roadmaps
- Produce innovation briefings and predictive white papers for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data literacy with advanced analytics and modeling skills
- Strong communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience working with executive leadership in tech or Fortune 500 companies
