Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models for 2026+
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts and market opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to anticipate paradigm shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data points into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating high-stakes executive workshops and stakeholder alignment processes
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, technology, or related field required
- Strong publication record in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (VC, startups, research institutions)
