Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify transformative opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into product roadmaps and user experiences
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to anticipate industry disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and design thinking methodologies
