- Develop and institutionalize 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech labs to capture disruptive signals
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Architect organizational mechanisms for agile adaptation to exponential change (e.g., rapid prototyping labs, futures literacy programs)
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering) through financial modeling

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations or market transformations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
