Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic workforce planning, HR technology, or organizational development
- Expertise in AI/ML workforce applications and future-of-work technologies
- Proven track record implementing hybrid work models in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in organizational design, change management, or HR analytics
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience in workforce analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership on future work trends (2025-2030)
- Experience with agile transformation in large-scale organizations
