- Conduct horizon scanning to identify transformative technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with ROI projections
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments for 2026 technology adoption
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable strategy
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., Gartner, Singularity)
