Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and synthetic biology convergence
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance policies for next-generation autonomous systems
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify and acquire emerging technologies
- Present technology vision and strategic plans to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI across enterprise divisions
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors impacting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with minimum 5 years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (e.g., IEEE, Nature Futures journal)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong familiarity with ethical AI governance and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
