- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into customer-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing next-gen technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with global research labs (MIT Media Lab, CERN, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
