Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and implementation strategies
- Partner with product teams to translate technology insights into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
