Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secured communication systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate AI ethics frameworks into production pipelines
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure technologies
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Author thought leadership pieces on Web3.0 adoption patterns
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Python and at least one quantum programming framework
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance
