- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neurotech, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) for strategic adoption
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven ROI projections
- Build global partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Lead internal hackathons to cultivate intrapreneurship culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (WFS or equivalent)
