- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
