Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI modeling
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive tech adoption (Web3, AR/VR, biometric interfaces)
- Mentor innovation teams in agile and design thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AI, IoT)
- MBA or equivalent in technology/strategy from top-tier institution
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Experience with venture capital tech due diligence
- Published thought leadership on digital transformation
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript)
