Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze global tech trends and forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify partnership opportunities
- Drive innovation workshops and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
