Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic system design
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed future technology journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 protocols and decentralized infrastructure
