Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology disruption assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or consulting with proven impact on future tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and technology forecasting tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
