Responsibilities

- Drive innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams to prototype future solutions
- Analyze competitive disruption vectors and recommend strategic pivots
- Develop IP portfolios for next-generation technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for startup partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
