As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with global R&D labs, product development units, and venture partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable blueprints while ensuring alignment with our sustainability and ethical innovation commitments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum applications, and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype future-facing solutions in simulated production environments
- Analyze global tech policy landscapes and regulatory shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in nascent technology domains
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs on next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market in regulated industries
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems including Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, and Berlin
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario planning software
