Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Guide organizational transformation through digital maturity assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling tech operations in hyper-growth environments
