Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/Web3 experience preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-state technology modeling
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
