Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (Web4, decentralized systems, neuromorphic computing)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with user-centric design
- Present strategic visions to investors, clients, and industry panels at global tech summits
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation architects
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDGs and climate action goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products or platforms
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized governance models
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global deployment
- Certifications in AI ethics, sustainable tech, or futures studies strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published papers, patents, or keynotes)
