Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions, from quantum algorithms to neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantage in emerging markets
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical technology deployment and societal impact assessment
- Present strategic blueprints to the board and investor groups securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Drive M&A activities for cutting-edge startups in AR/VR and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ exits or $100M+ ARR innovations)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar high-impact journals
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or Future Today Institute leadership circles
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or AI governance (e.g., CAIGI)
