Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation goals and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready tech solutions across global operations
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for collaborative innovation
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR)
