Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published work or patents in emerging technology fields
