- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems with zero-emission infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation through hackathons and industry consortium partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English for global collaboration
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and US tech policy landscapes
