Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technological disruptions across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts and stakeholder needs
- Prototype and validate next-gen technologies through rapid experimentation and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external partners at industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute innovation initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Drive adoption of ethical technology frameworks and sustainability principles in product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Exceptional presentation skills with history of speaking at global tech forums
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
