Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with published breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to production
- Strong background in ethical AI development and governance
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-impacting technology patents
