Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business evolution
- Prototype and validate emerging tech solutions in our sandboxed innovation environment
- Pioneer cross-industry applications of blockchain, AR/VR, and biometric interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing white papers on future technology paradigms
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations in human-computer interaction
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing at least two emerging tech prototypes
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7001) and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with 10+ members
